Keep on CaringOn- Tune In

I can’t believe that I am finally writing! I have been wanting to start this for such a long time but have either been too nervous or too sick. Right now I am feeling great and am ready to blog away.

Please check back on Monday mornings, by 9 AM, for new blogs on: CaringOn and our Caregiver Gifts. As well as the trials and tribulations of starting a non-profit business while fighting a terminal illness. And if that isn’t enough, I fight everyday to stay present in my kid’s lives so that they have memories of their mom being there.

Thanks for your support and for checking back every Monday!

Keep on CaringOn! And give thanks to your Caregiver, it will mean more to them than you will ever know.

Don’t underestimate the Power of….

In one of the many notebooks that hold my CaringOn ideas, business plans, sketches, thoughts, and lists, I came across one of many quotes that caught my attention. The quote is from writer, Leo Buscaglia: “Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act

Lucky Me, I’m an Anomaly!

Last week I went to see a liver specialist. My intent was that he could help me understand why my tumor markers don’t match the way my body is acting and feeling. My goal from this meeting was to understand what to expect from my body at this point. My hope was that I could

To Unplug…or not???

Having not blogged in a few months I finally feel that I have something worth talking about. I’ve had many different ideas in the last 3 months: to be thankful, giving is better than receiving, bucket list for the New Year, birthdays, live in the moment, etc…even one about expectations. But the one topic that

Expectations, Great?

I haven’t posted in the last months and I really can’t say why. I have much to talk about, just ask anyone. I didn’t want to be cliche, you know what I mean; November- giving thanks, December-holiday cheer, January – resolutions, and now February-love. But the one constant word that continues to pop up for

Here’s What I Won’t Write About…..

What a week it has been! Every time I was ready to sit down and share some thoughts – something else would happen either to me or around me. I would think, “Hmm, I have some thoughts about this and I’ll write about that.” But the events I am thinking of have been discussed over
